A Dutch legal entity is incorporated when the following steps are completed:

1. obtaining a Certificate of no objection from the Ministry of Justice;

2. the execution before a civil law notary of a Deed of Incorporation prepared in the Dutch language containing its articles;

3. the payment in full of the minimum share capital;

4. registration of the deed of incorporation together with other particulars of the company and its management at the Commercial Register of the local Chamber of Commerce.

We can assist you during the process and will act as a sparring partner for you and the civil law notary thereby making sure that the company set up fully complies with your wishes. After the company is incorporated we can assist you with the set up of your administration. We will furthermore advise you how the company can be maintained in good standing by arranging other formalities such as registration of the company with the fiscal authorities and making sure that all filing requirements are met.
